Limited Warranty Information and Hardware Maintenance Agreement (HMA)
The Braille+ QWERTY Docking Station includes a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include any third party hardware or software used in conjunction with this docking station.
Additionally, the HMA does not include the following:
- Defects or damage from misuse: use other than the suggested manner, accident, neglect, improper operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, modifications, food or liquid spills.
- Damage from scratches incurred from normal use
- Damage incurred in shipping and improper packaging
There are no other expressed or implied warranties for the Braille+ QWERTY Docking Station.
Braille+ QWERTY Docking Station One-Year Extended Hardware Maintenance Agreement (HMA)
The One-Year Extended HMA protects you from unanticipated maintenance cost. Repairs are covered, including parts and labor, for 12 months beyond the one-year limited warranty. Batteries and other accessories are not covered by the HMA.
THE ONE-YEAR EXTENDED HMA MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE BRAILLE+ QWERTY DOCKING STATION.
