FVLMA Kit: Functional Vision and Learning Media Assessment
This assessment tool helps practitioners gather, store, track, and analyze information regarding students' functional vision and appropriate learning media. Functional Vision and Learning Media Assessment (FVLMA) is written by Rebecca Burnett, Ed.D., and LaRhea Sanford, Ed.D. It has been revised and made an APH product.
FVLMA is a user-friendly instrument that provides a framework for the systematic assessment of a student's visual functioning and needs for adapted educational media. Although not a standard test, FVLMA has been peer-reviewed by experts in the field of blindness and field tested by teachers and students.
